Gods of Wrath “Á Tribute To David Wayne Era Metal Church”, was the Brainchild from long-standing seasoned Veteran Metal Vokalist Bob Kastella A.K.A. “Moshin Bob” A.K.A. “Hitman” Who has fronted some of Tucson's Finest Bands.

 

With his love for Metal Church and David Wayne and a huge influence on his vokals, He set out to form one of Tucson’s First Metal Tributes as well as the the worlds only tribute to the Legendary “Reverend” David Wayne R.I.P. After a few failed attempts to find the right players, He contacted Fellow Local Musician and Friend in Metal Guitaristl Joe “Gonzo” Toney . Enter Ken “Animal” Owin and Paul ‘Pauley” Sweeney on Drums and Bass along with Gonzo all former members of Orignal Metal Band “Graves End”.


G.O.W. Was officially formed in The Famous Sam’s on Golf Links & Kolb on June 14th 2010 and we started Practicing in July In Ken’s Garage and enter the 5th Member Denny Seefieldt Lead Guitar.G.O.W. had they're First show on The Breakfast Club show @ The Rivers Edge and a huge Metal For Breakfast Crowd of Eighty Plus.


We continued to play shows thru 2012, including a Benefit show with 6 others, featuring local Musician Michael Howell and Buried Alive at the Rose Ranch Rescue Ranch. Wild!! And a rare opening gig for Hellazona Promotions with Kings X but was cancelled due to Drummer had a Heart Attack and rescheduled with Rhino Bucket. G.O.W. Last Live show as a Tribute To David Wayne Era M.C. ,Was Dismember 8 2012 @ The Rivers Edge, And Hitman continued to promote local Hard Rock, Metal Original & Tribute shows thru 2015.
